Enquiry information
Contact forms send your name, company, business email, phone number if supplied, and requirements to Hung Shing for handling your enquiry. A successful submission is stored by our enquiry system and can email our team and an acknowledgement to you. These form values are not included in the website’s Analytics event payloads.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 (G-6KW7VZYL54) is loaded only after Allow analytics. Declining leaves Analytics off. We measure page visits, business email/phone clicks and server-confirmed enquiries; a click or failed submission is not a successful enquiry. We do not enable advertising cookies, Google Signals, enhanced conversions or personalised advertising through this implementation.
Campaign attribution
After analytics consent, we retain validated gclid, gbraid, wbraid and supported UTM campaign parameters in session storage for up to 30 minutes and carry them between our pages. Other query parameters and enquiry fields are excluded from our Analytics events. Campaign values must not contain personal information.
Storage and withdrawal
Your analytics choice is saved in local storage until you change it or clear browser data. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Cookie settings lets you withdraw: we disable further events, clear our campaign storage and accessible _ga cookies, and reload the page without the Google tag. Withdrawal does not delete data already received by Google.
Other services and your choices
Instagram and Facebook are ordinary external links; no Meta tracking pixel or embedded social feed is added. The contact page loads its Google map only when you choose Load map; it is a separate third-party service. Google may process technical data when you allow Analytics or use its services.
